Best Buy Wishes You Eid al-Adha.

Best Buy…you let me down. I loved you, but will no longer shop in your stores until I see a Merry Christmas.  Happy Holidays is just not good enough. Must be the C word.

This from Woody:

Best Buy doesn’t use the word Christmas… ever.  They’re more than happy to take all the money you plan to spend on Christmas presents, but none of their staff or advertisments will ever actually make use of the dreaded C Word.

Now, this isn’t so unusual in today’s business climate, but what is unusual is the following advertisement Best Buy just sent out across the nation:

Seriously?

Hmm… so wishing us a Merry Christmas is inappropriate, but wishing Muslims a happy Eid al-Adha is something to proudly advertise?

I think the Obama voters working at Best Buy’s HQ just stepped in it bigtime.  They’d better roll out some Merry Christmas in their stores and advertisments ASAP or there’ll be a whole lot of ticked off Christians taking their CHRISTMAS shopping to other retailers.

I will miss you Best Buy.

If they make a big push for Merry Christmas this year I’ll let bygones be bygones, or if they can produce holiday ads from BEFORE this controversy erupted showing the word Christmas being used I’ll consider it a big misunderstanding.

Personally I can’t ever reecall seeing the C-word in their ads, and theirs is one of the few sale papers I bother to read on those rare instances when someone brings a newspaper to my house.

And the funny thing is… I’m not a religious person. Not even a little, but I can’t stand double standards or kowtowing to Muslims. Respect is EARNED and Muslims need to work harder to earn mine. You say you don’t support terror? Where are the marches and protests against Hezbollah and Iran?

Amen, brother. Iam not religious person either. But the double standards are enough to cause this white man to vomit casually to the left.
