Ken also wants to know, how do you keep your tapped beer fresh? Nitrogen? N (on the periodic table or N 7 to be exact – yes my 2 cents) how long can the keg last?

The keg is kept fresh with a CO2 tank and should stay fresh about 3 months. If the keg is not drunk (ha ha ha) within the four months, than it starts to go bad. The keg must be kept between 38-40 degrees and under 10-12 lbs pounds of pressure. A keg equals 7 cases of beer, or about 200 12 oz servings.
